On August 30, The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) released a report indicating excessive use of force in the control of protests in Venezuela. According to the report, as many as 12,000 people were injured in the first 100 days of protest. Over 5,000 people were detained, including hundreds of underaged boys and girls.
